It’s time for another tag post, which I definitely love doing. I was tagged by Danielle from Underland to Wonderland to do The ‘Alice 1951’ Tag, which she created herself, and it’s all about the animated Disney classic. This gave me a perfect reason to re-watch the movie and here are my answers.
1. Who in Wonderland would you choose to be your best friend?
I guess the Mad Hatter because most of the other characters within the movie seem to be pretty rude. He’s crazy, I like people who are, and I really wouldn’t mind celebrating my un-birthday 364 days of the year. I mean a party with tea and presents, everyday? Hell yeah, count me in.
2. Would you rather be humongous or teeny tiny?
I’d rather be teeny tiny because that way, even though it’s more dangerous, I have more opportunities. As you can see within the movie, Alice doesn’t get very far while being a giant because she is just too tall, but she can move around when she’s short. And since I’m a tall person, I’d like to know how it’s like not to always overlook everyone.
3. What would your personal Wonderland look like?
It would definitely include lots and lots of pink and glitter and I wouldn’t mind rainbows and unicorns. I can be such a girly girl. I would totally love talking animals and singing flowers. Oh, and mermaids, of course.
4. If you could take one possession with you to Wonderland, what would you take?
Duh, of course a camera. I mean, imagine blogging about a fabulous place like that. And who would believe me, otherwise?! I always need to take lots of pictures of places I visit so I would definitely not go without my camera.
5. Similarly, if you could take someone with you to explore, who would you take?
I would always choose my best friend. We’ve known each other forever and I know that we would have a blast, together. And we could definitely use another adventure. Adulthood has made us too boring. Furthermore, I’m pretty sure we would get along just fine, no matter how long it would take for us to get back home.
6. Would you most enjoy: Sailing in a glass bottle or falling down the rabbit hole?
Definitely falling down the rabbit hole. I think it’s a fascinating place and it would feel like flying. And I mean come on, it has food and drinks.
7. Minus the Red Queen, who would you least like to bump into?
I actually find most of the characters quite rude. The cat is a total creep, the caterpillar is super annoying and those singing flowers are terribly mean. I’d actually prefer bumping into the queen because she is hilarious. I mean come on, she wears panties with red hearts aaaall over it.
8. In the garden, which type of flower do you think you would be?
Probably a rose because if you don’t treat me right, my thorns will make you sorry. They smell absolutely lovely and I adore them. Furthermore, they also come in pink so yeah, that’s totally me.
9. Which of these locations would you like to call home: The Dormouse’s Teapot, The Cheshire Cat’s tree, The Red Queen’s Castle, The Caterpillar’s Mushroom.
Oh boy, this is a tough one because I would actually love the house that the white rabbit lives in. The place is adorable. In general, I wouldn’t mind living in a castle but I think I’ll choose the Dormouse’s Teapot because she is in the middle of crazy tea parties, on a daily basis.
10. What would you do if you had to stay in Wonderland for 5 years at a time or could never visit again?
In my personal wonderland, I would definitely stay for five years because I would love to come back when I feel like being in a very positive place. I’m not so sure about the wonderland Alice stumbles into, since it doesn’t seem like a very nice place. But I’ll say that I would stay for five years because I like adventures and I’m not afraid to take a challenge. I’m sure that somewhere in wonderland, I would find lovely creatures and exploring is always a fun thing to do.
So if you feel like answering some questions about Alice in Wonderland, please go for it. A cute Disney post never hurts. There are some fellow Disney lovers that I would like to tag, though. I would love for Closing Winter, Outside The Tower, Unicorn Fairy, Sparkleberry, Courage and Kindness, Jenny in Neverland, Megan Goodier and Living for the Now to answer these questions. I hope you have fun with it!
