- Starting into another day of watching the election coverage on @cnn non-stop. It's just insane, I can barely sleep, and I don't even live it the States anymore. But seeing how close Biden is to winning gives me hope, although it's also super scary how many people voted for Trump. I hope for everyone in America to stay strong, to stay safe and maybe next year, the country can start healing. ❤After a rather annoying week and a call informing me that I won't get an apartment I really wanted, spending a Sunday afternoon with my bestie and godson was exactly what I needed. They took my mind off things, made me smile and I loved every minute of it. 💕Ever since we adopted grandma's dog, the two of us have become best friends and I try to take him to as many outings as possible. He is my whole heart and he gives me so much joy, it's insane. 🐶 We're home alone for the weekend and it's supposed to constantly rain, so we're just gonna have lots of cuddles and I wouldn't have it any other way. 💕For the past week the two of us have been joined at the hip. My parents were out of town so I was his one and only favorite person – even after giving him a bath. I love him so much and he makes me incredibly happy. Listening to him snore gives me life and waking up to his cute little face everyday makes my mornings a little less terrible. 🐶Since we're not supposed to hug people... 🐧 On Thursday, I finally met up with my bff and we had a wonderful day together. We went to the zoo in Frankfurt cause we didn't want to be inside and the weather was amazing. Afterward, we went into the city and just chilled in the sun and talked and it was lovely. 🌞 I may have gone into one store and went a bit crazy like I do once a year *caugh* Primark *caugh* and picked up food all over the place cause when I'm in a bigger city, I just get everything I can't get at home. 🛍 Can't remember the last time I was out of the house for 13,5 hours but it was the perfect day! 👭💕Today, my mom and I were supposed to fly to the US. I spent part of my childhood in Texas and have the best memories. So for 23 years now, I've been wanting to go back but it never worked out for various reasons. And now Corona happened and I'm currently not sitting on a plane and obviously I'm really sad about it. I hope that we'll get the chance again when everything is better because I really, really, really wanna drive to White Sands again and slide down the hills. And lots and lots more. 😍
